If you have not been to a spa before:

• You have a private room to change in and leave your personal belongings.

• You may keep your clothing on for a facial, however your neck and shoulders need to be exposed. Women will wear a spa wrap that covers them from the chest down.

• Once you are changed and ready for your treatment, you can get under the covers yourself or you can have the spa therapist assist you.

• You will be lying on your back for facials, enveloped in warm sheets, blankets and a down duvet.

• Your hair will be held back off your face by a protective head band and hair net.

• You must remove all jewelery so that it does not impact your treatment.

• Body treatments require you to be naked, or you may wear bikini underwear (we provide disposable underwear for men and women).

• You are never fully exposed during a body treatment. A sheet will cover your body. For example, the sheet is pulled back to expose a leg whilst the rest of the body remains covered.

• Your modesty is respected at all times.

• On your first visit you will be required to complete a client profile form.

• At the end of your treatment, and when you have changed, you will discuss how you feel and our recommendations for home care.

• You will pay at the end of the treatment.

• Gratuities for the spa therapists are greatly appreciated.
